Consumer and Business Customers
These terms apply to both consumer and business customers unless otherwise stated.
A consumer is an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
A business customer is someone purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes.
Certain consumer protections do not apply to business purchases. Where this distinction is relevant, it is explained below.
2. Placing an Order
Customers can place orders through our website using the available checkout options.
When placing an order, please ensure all product, quantity, billing and delivery information is correct.
How the Ordering Process Works
Our normal online ordering process is as follows:
- Select the products you wish to purchase.
- Add the products to your shopping basket.
- Review your basket, including quantities and product information.
- Enter your delivery and billing information.
- Choose an available delivery method.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Review the order total and submit your order.
Order Confirmation
After submitting an order, you should receive an order acknowledgement by email.
This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
A contract for the purchase of goods is normally formed when we confirm acceptance of the order, such as through a dispatch confirmation.
If payment has already been taken and we cannot accept your order, we will refund the relevant amount without undue delay.
Nothing in this section restricts any statutory rights arising from your order or payment.
Order Acceptance
We may be unable to accept an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- A product being unavailable.
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
- Payment authorisation being unsuccessful.
- A genuine pricing or product listing error.
- A delivery restriction affecting the products or destination.
- Reasonable concerns about fraud or unauthorised transactions.
If we are unable to accept an order, we will notify the customer using the contact information provided and arrange any appropriate refund.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where an order has already entered the dispatch process, we may be unable to make changes before it leaves our warehouse.
Your statutory cancellation rights and our voluntary returns policy remain unaffected.
3. Prices, VAT & Payments
Product Prices
Product prices displayed to UK consumers are intended to include VAT where applicable.
Any applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Prices may change from time to time. However, changes made after a contract has been formed will not automatically change the agreed purchase price.
VAT
VAT is applied in accordance with the applicable UK tax rules.
VAT treatment may differ for certain international destinations or transaction types.
The applicable tax and order total will be reflected during checkout and in relevant transaction documentation.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, which may include:
- Debit cards.
- Credit cards.
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer.
- Other payment methods made available at checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation or, where applicable, receipt of cleared funds.
Bank Transfer Orders
Where bank transfer is selected, payment instructions will be provided during the ordering process.
Orders paid by bank transfer may not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.
Please use the appropriate order reference when making payment.
Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure product prices are accurate.
Occasionally, an incorrect price may be displayed because of a genuine administrative or technical error.
If a material pricing error is identified before an order has been accepted, we may contact you to explain the error and offer the opportunity to purchase at the correct price.
You will not be required to accept a higher price.
If the order cannot proceed, any payment already received will be refunded as appropriate.
4. Products, Compatibility & Specifications
Mystatic supplies a wide range of static caravan parts, replacement appliances and accessories.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and compatibility information.
Product Descriptions
Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and specifications are provided to help customers select suitable products.
Customers should carefully review the available information before placing an order.
Photographs may sometimes illustrate a product range rather than every individual variation.
Where a particular dimension, colour, connection or specification is important, please check the product information carefully.
We remain responsible for ensuring goods supplied to consumers conform to the contract and meet applicable legal standards.
Replacement Parts & Compatibility
Many of our products are replacement parts designed for particular appliances, caravan models or installations.
Customers should check relevant model numbers, part numbers, dimensions and technical specifications before ordering.
Compatibility can vary between appliance revisions and manufacturer models.
If you are unsure whether a component is suitable, please contact us before placing your order.
This guidance does not limit your rights where goods are incorrectly described, faulty or not fit for a purpose made known to us as required by law.
Manufacturer Changes
Manufacturers may occasionally change product designs, packaging or specifications.
Where a manufacturer introduces a revised or replacement product, we will ensure any substitution supplied is consistent with the agreed order or obtain agreement where necessary.
Product Availability
Product availability may change because of stock movements, supplier availability or unexpected demand.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where appropriate to discuss available options.
Where we cannot fulfil an accepted order, your statutory rights and applicable refund entitlements will be respected.
5. Installation & Product Safety
Some products sold by Mystatic require professional installation, commissioning, maintenance or inspection.
This is particularly important for LPG, gas, electrical, heating and water-heating equipment.
Important Safety Information
Gas appliances and gas-related components must be installed, maintained and commissioned by appropriately qualified and registered professionals where required by law.
Electrical products must be installed in accordance with applicable electrical safety requirements.
Always follow the manufacturer's installation, operating and maintenance instructions.
Gas & LPG Equipment
Gas appliances and related installation work may require a Gas Safe registered engineer who is qualified for the relevant appliance, fuel type and work category.
Customers should ensure the person carrying out the work has the appropriate qualifications and registration where required.
Incorrect installation or servicing may create serious safety risks.
Electrical Equipment
Electrical appliances, wiring and fittings should be installed by a competent person and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Where work requires a qualified electrician or other competent professional, customers should arrange this.
Product Suitability
Customers should ensure a product is suitable for its intended application and installation environment.
Certain caravan appliances and components have specific requirements that differ from domestic installations.
Where necessary, seek professional technical advice before purchasing or installing equipment.
Incorrect Installation
Damage or faults caused solely by incorrect installation, misuse or failure to follow appropriate instructions may not be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
However, nothing in these terms excludes our responsibility for faulty goods, incorrect descriptions or other matters for which we are legally responsible.
Installation Services
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Mystatic supplies products only and does not provide installation services as part of a standard online product order.
The customer is responsible for arranging any installation services required.
6. Delivery & Collection
We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
Delivery options depend on the products ordered, delivery postcode and destination country.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our full Shipping Policy includes:
- UK delivery charges.
- Free delivery eligibility.
- Next Working Day services.
- Long-item and pallet delivery requirements.
- Remote-area postcodes.
- International shipping rates.
- Delivery restrictions and estimated times.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the available shipping services and applicable order requirements.
The total delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to process orders promptly, subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
Delivery estimates begin from dispatch unless otherwise specified.
Although we endeavour to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur.
Consumer delivery rights, including the rules relating to agreed delivery times and delivery within 30 days where no different period is agreed, remain unaffected.
Risk During Delivery
For consumer orders, goods generally remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of the consumer or someone identified by the consumer to receive them.
Different rules may apply where a consumer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered by Mystatic.
If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
Failed Deliveries
Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
Where delivery fails because of incorrect information supplied by the customer, or an avoidable failed delivery attempt, reasonable additional charges may apply where lawful.
Any such charges will be assessed according to the circumstances.
Remote Locations
Certain UK postcodes attract additional delivery charges.
The complete remote-postcode list and applicable delivery price are available in our Shipping Policy.
Warehouse Collection
Eligible orders may be collected from our Leicestershire warehouse by arrangement.
Collection is free of charge.
Please ensure your order has been confirmed as ready for collection before travelling.
7. International Orders
We offer international delivery to selected European destinations.
Available destinations and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
International Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary according to destination and order value.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.
Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, the recipient is responsible for applicable import charges.
Any import obligations will depend on the destination and agreed delivery terms.
International Restrictions
Certain products are available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Products subject to such restrictions cannot be shipped internationally.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to a particular transaction.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Mystatic offers a voluntary 30-day returns policy on eligible products.
Our returns offer operates alongside your statutory consumer rights.
Change of Mind
Request a return for eligible goods within 30 days.
Statutory Cancellation
Legal cancellation period for most online consumer purchases.
Faulty Products
Consumer protections can apply beyond the returns period.
30-Day Returns

Consumers generally have a further 14 days to return goods after notifying us of cancellation.
Where applicable, refunds include the cost of our least expensive standard delivery service.
How to Request a Return
We provide an online Product Return Form to make requesting a return easier.
You can complete the form here:
You may also exercise your statutory cancellation rights by making a clear statement to us, including by email.
Using the online form is not compulsory for statutory cancellations.
Full Returns Information
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains:

- How to submit a return.
- Return postage responsibilities.
- Refund timescales.
- Faulty or damaged goods.
- Products excluded from voluntary returns.
9. Warranties & Faulty Products
Some products supplied by Mystatic are covered by manufacturer warranties.
Manufacturer Warranties
Warranty terms vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
Where a manufacturer warranty is provided, customers should refer to the relevant warranty documentation.
Certain warranties may require:
- Registration within a specified period.
- Installation by an appropriately qualified professional.
- Commissioning in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
- Regular servicing or maintenance.
- Proof of purchase or installation.
Statutory Rights
Manufacturer warranties are additional to, and do not replace, statutory consumer rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods sold to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Where goods do not conform to these requirements, customers may have rights to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction, depending on the circumstances.
Faulty Product Claims
If a product develops a fault, please submit a return request or contact our customer service team.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to investigate the fault.
This may include the model number, serial number, proof of purchase, description of the problem or relevant installation information.
Any inspection or manufacturer assessment will be handled consistently with applicable consumer law.
Installation-Related Issues
Where a fault appears related to installation or commissioning, relevant information may be required to assess the cause.
However, customers will not be required to waive statutory rights or satisfy conditions that consumer law does not permit.
10. Trade & Business Customers
We supply products to both consumers and businesses.
Business purchases may be subject to different contractual and legal arrangements from consumer purchases.
Important for Trade Customers
Statutory rights specific to consumers, including the general 14-day distance-selling cancellation right, do not automatically apply to business purchases.
Business customers should review any applicable trade account terms, quotation conditions or individually agreed arrangements.
Trade Accounts
Where available, trade accounts may be subject to additional eligibility, pricing and account requirements.
Any individually agreed trade terms will be confirmed separately.
Business Pricing
Approved trade customers may receive prices or discounts different from those offered to retail customers.
Trade prices and discounts are subject to the relevant account arrangements.
Business Returns
Business customers do not automatically benefit from statutory consumer change-of-mind cancellation rights.
Any voluntary business returns will be subject to the applicable agreed terms.
Where our published 30-day returns offer is expressly extended to a business order, the stated conditions will apply.
Business Customer Responsibilities
Business customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended professional or commercial application, subject to the agreed product description and any legal rights that apply.
Any additional trade-specific requirements should be agreed before the relevant order is accepted.
Business Liability
For business contracts, liability will be determined by the applicable contract terms and law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. General Terms
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our business, website, products or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page.

Separate Provisions
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to Enforce
If we do not immediately enforce a particular right, this does not necessarily mean we have waived that right.
Governing Law
These terms are generally governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to the customer.
Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
