Shipping Policy

Terms of delivery

If the item is in stock, we will despatch your order within 24 hours of the payment clearing. Mystatic International Limited will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery of goods. Late delivery will not be accepted as a breach of contract. Any loss or damage to the goods is to be reported within 24 hours after receipt.

1.Goods are delivered Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Saturday deliveries are available to some areas at extra cost, please enquire for details.

2.If the goods are in stock and you place your order before 2pm we will endeavour to despatch your order on the same day, in busy periods this can extend to 48 hours. Pallet deliveries are 48 hours. Deliveries will not be made on weekends and bank holidays unless special arrangements have been made.

3.If the goods are out of stock you will be informed, and they will be sent on to you when they arrive into stock.

4.If the order is split into more than one consignment you will be charged the full delivery rate on the first consignment, but you will not be charged for delivery on the balance of the order. 

5.If you require a delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us first, we are happy to quote for delivery to any address. All deliveries need to be signed for upon receipt. 

6.Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Standard Delivery Costs

This table shows carriage charges to the UK mainland. Carriage is calculated on the total value of your order.

All values shown include VAT.

Highlands and Northern Ireland Delivery Costs

The following postcodes fall under this category AB, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, GY, IM, BT, PA, PO30, PO31, PO32, PO33, PO34, PO35, PO36, PO37, PO38, PO39, PO40, PO41, PO42. Please see the map below which shows the FedEx shipping zones. 

Some items cannot be delivered to these locations due to size. We can quote for these seperately if needed.

Delivery Costs To Ireland

This table shows carriage charges to the Republic Of Ireland. Carriage is calculated on the total value of your order.

Delivery Costs To The EU

This table shows delivery rates for goods delivered to other European Union (EU) countries. Carriage is calculated on the total value of your order.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.

Please be aware that there may be limitations on what can be sent to you with regards to specific items and order value. You may also need to provide specific documentation for clearance of your order, once it arrives in your destination country.  This may vary from country to country and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order. We cannot refund any shipping costs should your order be returned for any of these reasons.  In certain situations your order may be destroyed by customs if you are unable to provide clearance for the order; in this instance we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons.
