Our shipping charges depend on your delivery address, order value and the size or type of products purchased.
This page explains our delivery prices, estimated delivery times, remote-area postcode restrictions, international shipping rates and specialist delivery requirements.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is available for most smaller caravan parts, accessories and replacement components.
Orders normally arrive within 2–3 working days following dispatch.
Next Working Day Delivery
Next Working Day delivery is available for eligible UK mainland orders at £6.95.
Orders must be placed before the applicable dispatch cut-off time and all items must be in stock.
Orders placed after the cut-off, during weekends or on bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
Next Working Day delivery is unavailable for remote delivery postcodes and certain oversized or specialist products.
Long Item Delivery
Long or oversized products requiring specialist transport are charged at £14.95.
These products are excluded from our standard free-delivery offer and may have different delivery arrangements.
Pallet Delivery
Large or heavy products requiring pallet transport are charged at £39.95 for eligible destinations.
Pallet deliveries are generally made to a suitable kerbside location.
Customers should ensure appropriate access is available for the delivery vehicle.
2. Remote Area Delivery & Postcodes
Remote Delivery: £19.95 Including VAT
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days.
Certain areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly require a specialist remote-area delivery service.
If your postcode appears in the directory below, the remote delivery charge applies to eligible products.
Remote postcodes are excluded from standard delivery, free delivery and Next Working Day delivery services.
Postcode prefixes represent all matching postcodes. For example, AB31 includes postcodes beginning with AB31. A full postcode, such as AB41 8HQ, refers to that specific postcode.

International shipping prices are calculated according to your destination and order value.
Our standard international delivery estimate is 2–5 working days for destinations where that service is specified.
International shipments may be delayed by customs clearance or local transport restrictions.

These are the international shipping amounts configured in our checkout. Any applicable taxes or adjustments will be reflected in the final checkout total.
How Are International Delivery Charges Calculated?
Our international shipping rates increase according to the total value of your order.
For example, an eligible order valued at £250 being delivered to France falls within the £150.01–£500 shipping band.
The configured shipping charge would therefore be £35.00, before any applicable tax adjustment.
Orders exceeding £10,000 are outside the published shipping bands and may require alternative delivery arrangements.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs clearance requirements can occasionally cause delays outside our control.
International Product Restrictions
Certain products are restricted to delivery within the United Kingdom.
If your basket contains a UK-only product, international delivery will not be available for that order.
This restriction is displayed during checkout.
4. Product Delivery Restrictions
Some products require specific transport arrangements because of their dimensions, weight or handling requirements.
Long Items
Products classified as long items require specialist transport.
The standard long-item delivery charge is £14.95.
Long items are excluded from standard parcel delivery and free standard delivery.
Pallet-Only Products
Certain large or heavy products can only be delivered using our pallet service.
The standard eligible UK pallet delivery charge is £39.95.
Pallet deliveries are generally kerbside only. Please ensure sufficient access for the delivery vehicle.
Collection-Only Bed Frames
Certain bed frames are available for warehouse collection only.
These products cannot be shipped using our standard delivery services.
Where this restriction applies, the collection-only option will be displayed.
UK-Only Products
Certain products are restricted to delivery within the United Kingdom.
These products are not available for international shipping.
Mixed Orders
If your basket contains products requiring different delivery methods, the available shipping options may be restricted.
For example, an order containing a pallet-only product may require pallet delivery rather than standard parcel delivery.
The delivery methods available for your specific basket will be displayed at checkout.
5. Dispatch, Delivery & Tracking
Warehouse Operating Hours
Monday–Friday: 8:00am–4:00pm
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: No standard dispatch service.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability, payment clearance and the selected delivery method.
Orders placed outside normal operating hours are generally processed on the next working day.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, rather than the time an order is placed.
Working days normally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided following dispatch.
Please allow time for the courier's tracking information to become active.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

Missed Deliveries
Please ensure someone is available to accept deliveries where required.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

Additional charges may apply if a delivery must be rearranged because of incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts.
Damaged or Missing Goods
We take care to package orders securely. However, damage can occasionally occur during transportation.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Yes. Eligible deliveries to the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey are charged at our remote delivery rate of £19.95 including VAT.
This includes all IM, JE and GY postcodes.
