Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it for any reason.
To start a return, simply log into our returns portal and submit a request. If you need help, you can also email us at sales@mystatic.co.uk, but all returns must be registered through the portal before sending anything back.

Please send items back within 30 days of submitting your return request.
Return Postage & Costs
- Return postage for non-faulty items is the customer’s responsibility
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- Items remain your responsibility until they reach us
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights
Items We Can’t Accept for Return
We’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:
- Personalised items
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
Exception: If an item is faulty or not as described, we’ll always put it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received (or we’ve been provided with proof of postage), we’ll issue your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
We may make a deduction if:
- The item has been unnecessarily handled, opened, used, or consumed
- The item is damaged due to inadequate packaging
If We Cancel Your Order
In rare cases, stock issues or unexpected problems may mean we need to cancel an order. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you’re entitled to a full refund, including:
- Your original delivery costs
- Reasonable return postage
Faulty items can be returned within 6 months of delivery.

Faulty Item Refunds
Refunds for faulty items are processed within 2 working days of receiving the return (or proof of postage), using your original payment method.
